Basis of narration is something promoting healthy life style, youth prolongation, improvement quality of life: traditional for region ways of improvement, local healthy or medical institutions, historical and new author's methodics, useful everyday habits of residents.

Story about gastronomic peculiarities of region or city, traditional meals with indication of places where they should be tasted, accompanied by unostentatious historical excursus (curious persons, historical jokes, etc.).

Walking or car route across St. Petersburg, Leningradskaya and other nearby areas that can be undertaken during days off. Contains practical information.

Russia is viewed as unknown country: strangest, little-known sights.

Romanticized biography, story about success and overcoming. Personality known and talked about in Russian society. Priority: our contemporary, but can be also a person from the past.

Basis of the section — thematic travel around different countries. Topic of the section can be a subject, a place (restaurant, concert hall, museum, boutique, resort, hotel, beauty salon, SPA, club), process — phenomenon — event (festival, holiday, sports, shopping).
